Tuesday, September 8, 2015

Since September 2015, Mont-Blanc counts with a new member in the End-User Group: Pharmacelera is a company formed by an experienced and cross-disciplinary team with its founders coming from Intel R&D Labs. They develop and sell software for Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) enabled to use hardware accelerators in order to solve the time vs. accuracy trade-off that limits existing solutions. Their customers include R&D departments of pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations (CRO). The company pretends to become a reference company worldwide on accurate software solutions for the early stages of drug discovery and on integrated hardware and software solutions in this field.
